Your Tasks.

People Consultant

  • Independently identify, engage, and onboard highly skilled consultants for our projects.
  • Conduct first interviews and manage the entire selection process to a successful closing and onboarding
  • Coordinating and actively participating in introductory meetings with our clients.
  • Providing ongoing support to your candidates beyond the hiring process and maintaining continuous contact with them.
  • Keeping our CRM system up-to-date daily with the latest information to ensure smooth operations and follow-ups.
  • Expand and maintain a strong network of experts and talents in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Manage and coordinate our clients' master service provider system (MSP), ensuring smooth and timely processes.  

Account Management & Client Development

  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Actively identify new business opportunities with target client.
  • Translate the industry needs into tailor-made solutions.
  • Drive the proposal process, negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and secure sustainable business.
  • Participation in industry events and networking.

Your Requirement Profile.

  • Academic studies (Bachelor, Master/ MBA ideally) in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 5–6 years of experience in recruiting Life Science professionals, ideally within a consulting environment.
  • Experience in active sourcing by using digital tools like LinkedIn recruiter
  • Experience managing clients' master service provider system (MSP) is a plus
  • Experience as a Life Sciences industry associate and knowing the client expectations from inside is a plus
  • Having actively developed client accounts
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting relationships—both with clients and candidates.
  • Analytical thinking and a solution-driven approach to developing the perfect way-forward for clients and consultants.
  • Self-motivated, structured, pragmatic and results-oriented work ethic.
  • Language skills: German (fluent), English (fluent), any other language is a valuable addition to our team
  • Being eligible to work in Switzerland
