Your Tasks.

As the Lifecycle Director - Autoimmunity, you will play a pivotal role in managing the EliA product portfolio throughout its lifecycle. Your primary objectives will include maximizing value delivery to customers, driving sustainable business growth, and ensuring the success of our Autoimmunity product line. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Marketing, you will lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, develop and execute global marketing programs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Develop comprehensive portfolio strategies for the Autoimmunity portfolio, including new product development, market expansion, and product care for existing products.
  • Lead the Autoimmunity lifecycle team to execute portfolio strategies and marketing plans effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate portfolio strategies into overall business objectives and drive profitable growth.
  • Support business decisions with objective data and market insights, including financial analysis and competitive research.
  • Stay informed about developments in the clinical and market landscape, applying relevant insights to the portfolio roadmap.
  • Coordinate portfolio lifecycle management activities to maximize impact and achieve business unit objectives.

Your Requirement Profile.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required (B.Sc preferred), Master's degree in Marketing or MBA strongly preferred.

Experience

  • Multiple years of marketing experience, with at least several years in people leadership/development (marketing leadership preferred).
  • Experience in life science, diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other healthcare industries.
  • Proven success in leading global new product development projects through the stage gate process.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with project management techniques preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • International experience and cultural awareness.
