Your Tasks.

  • Brand Advancement and Market Expansion:
    Promote the company as a premier provider of comprehensive biologics services.


  • Leadership and Strategic Direction:
    Establish and steer the business development / sales organization, develop long-term strategies, and implement plan for introducing major new entities.


  • Global Business Development:
    Cultivate strategic partnerships, propel business advancement, and oversee (worldwide) sales, marketing, and program management. Expand the customer base for XY units.


  • Operational Leadership:
    Direct teams across sales, business development, program management, and marketing. Manage pricing and revenue strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and marketing efficacy, while maintaining global customer satisfaction.


  • Sales and Marketing Support:
    Generate and distribute marketing materials and communications to aid customer engagement and train sales teams. Ensure alignment of contract signings with strategic business goals.


  • Strategic Market Positioning:
    Identify and exploit market segments to boost competitiveness and
    differentiation. Enhance business portfolio in collaboration with R&D and BD teams an improve commercial and efficiency.

Your Requirement Profile.

  • Strong international Network in Biotech

  • Proven experience in business development, sales and/or commercial roles with the biopharmaceutical sector

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a history of developing and managing effective sales or BD teams

  • Exceptional skills in strategic planning and execution

  • Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills

  • Capability to engage with global partners

  • MSc. or PhD in Life Sciences, or related fields with a preference for an advance scientific or technical degree
