1. Training & Enablement for Generative AI
You’ll be the driving force behind empowering teams to work smarter with AI.

• Design and lead structured training programs for tools like Microsoft Copilot

• Deliver engaging, hands-on sessions to help teams integrate AI into daily workflows

• Create practical, documented guides for using AI in handling deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls & documents

2. Application Development & Prompt Engineering
You'll go beyond theory and build real AI tools that create measurable impact.

• Develop and deploy tailored GPT-based and Microsoft Power Apps solutions

• Craft, validate, and optimize prompts for automated reporting and documentation

• Ensure GxP compliance across AI-assisted operations

3. Strategic AI Integration
You won’t just follow the roadmap—you’ll help write it.

• Analyze workflows and identify where AI can deliver quantifiable value

• Work cross-functionally to implement validated solutions

• Establish KPIs and report on impact quarterly

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Quality Management, or similar (Master’s a plus)

• Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g. GPT, Microsoft Copilot)

• Strong skills with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Apps & Power Automate)

• Solid grasp of GxP and pharma regulatory frameworks

Technical Skills

• Expert-level prompt engineering

• Experience developing custom AI apps for specific operational use cases

• Familiarity with QMS processes, data integrity, and compliance principles

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Natural educator with the ability to translate complex AI concepts

• Creative problem-solver with a passion for building what doesn’t exist yet

• Change champion who can inspire teams to embrace AI-driven workflows
